Al returns to the
Little Flyers for his fourth season. Al has been coaching for 20 years. He
played for the Little Flyers, NJ Rockets, Middlesex Red Devils, Pomfret Prep School and Brown University. Al holds USA Hockey
Advanced Certification. Al is a non-parent
coach with this Team who implements a well structured program both on and off the
ice.

Charbonneau
Squirt Major '98
Stephane is in his sixth season with the Little
Flyers. He played for the Quebec Nordiques in the
1991-92 season. He is currently the general manager
at Iceworks Skating Complex. Stephane is a non-parent coach who implements a
well structured program both on and off the ice.

Greg Conicello
PeeWee Major '96
Greg returns to the Little Flyers staff for his third season. Greg has
coached for 20 years from Squirt to Midget. He also coached at St. Augustine Prep High School. Greg holds USA
Hockey Advanced Certification. Greg is a non-parent coach who implements a
well structured program both on and off the ice.

Joe Houk
Bantam Minor '95
Joe will be returning to the Little Flyers coaching
staff this season. Joe has over 16 years of coaching experience at all age
levels. He has had success at the Tier 1 level, taking teams to districts and
nationals. He will bring his playing experience as a Junior player as well as
his collegiate experience from LaSalle. Joe
is a non-parent coach who implements a well structured program both on and
off the ice.

Guy Gaudreau
Bantam Major 94
Guy
returns to the Little Flyers for his eighth season. Guy is director of hockey
operations for Hollydell Ice Arena. Guy is a member
of the Norwich University Ice Hockey Hall of Fame.

Jim
Watson
Midget '92-93 - American Division
Jim returns to the Little Flyers staff this season. Jim played on two Stanley
Cup Champion teams with the Philadelphia Flyers. Jim currently runs the Jim Watson Hockey Academy at Iceworks. Jim is a non-parent
coach who implements a well
structured program both on and off the ice.

Jeff Dunn
Midget '92-93 - National Division
Jeff returns to the Little Flyers for his third. Prior to joining the Little Flyers,
he coached in the Detroit Little Caesars Tier I program. Jeff also played at Eastern Michigan University, where he was the
team captain for three years. Jeff is a
non-parent coach who implements a well structured program both on and off-ice.

Junior Teams

Wayne Sands
is in his fifth year
with the Little Flyers. He is the Director of Junior Hockey Operations and
Head Coach of the Junior A team. Wayne has 25 years of coaching
experience and has achieved the advanced level Coaching Certification.

M.F. Schurman
will be joining our Junior A Team. M.F. began
his coaching career as an assistant Coach at the University of Prince
Edward Island. After moving to San Diego, Coach Schurman was instrumental in starting Tier hockey in the San Diego area,
taking the Midget Tier II team to the USA Hockey National Championship
Tournament in 1995. M.F. was Director of Coaches for the San Diego Gulls
Amateur Hockey Club and has filled in as Interim Coach of the Professional
San Diego Gulls of the WCHL on a number of occasions. The highlights of M.F.’s
pro career include playing on a line with boyhood idol Gordie
Howe with the Hartford Whalers in 1979-80 season.

Glenn Tendler
is our Goaltending
Coach. Glenn's Professional Experience includes a practice goaltender for the
Philadelphia Flyers from 1977-1981 and the Philadelphia Firebirds Hockey Club
from 1978-1979. He is one of the instructors at the Trietak Goaltending School in Toronto.

Rob MacInnis
will be returning the
Little Flyers for his second season as a Head Coach of the Junior B team. Rob
was an Assistant Coach for the 2002-03 MET Keegan Cup
Champions. He also was an Assistant for St. Mary’s University in Canada. He played for Kithcher in the OHL and played professionally for 10
years in the AHL, ECHL and in Europe. His philosophy is
hard work, commitment and team spirit. Hockey is a great game, enjoy it.
