Rigsby Commits to Milwaukee School of Engineering

The Philadelphia Little Flyers are proud to announce that 1993 born Forward/Defenseman Chase Rigsby has committed to Milwaukee School of Engineering to continue his education and playing career.  In 32 games Chase registered 2 goals and 4 assists and also added 41 penalty minutes.  “Chase was invaluable piece to our organization this season.” Said Little Flyer Head Coach Rocky Russo. “He was an alternate captain, a leader in the dressing room and in the weight room, and also one of our top penalty killers”. Rigsby played both forward and defense throughout the season, making him a valuable asset for Coach Russo due to his ability to play both positions. “Chase was so important to us this year, although he didn’t register many points, he was able to play in any and all situations for us and we could trust him to always make smart hockey decisions. Rigsby said, “I would like to thank Coach Ostapina and the MSOE staff for giving me this opportunity. He also added, “Playing for the Little Flyers was a great experience. I can’t thank Mr. Giacobbo and Coach Russo enough for the opportunity.” “This organization helped me to realize my goal of playing NCAA hockey and I definitely appreciate that.”
