“I am very excited about our staff and direction of our organization as a whole over the past three seasons” said Little Flyers President Stephane Charbonneau. “The guys we have as our Coaches and leaders of this program have experience at every level, NAHL Robertson Cup Champions, OHL, Former NCAA Division 1 Captains, National Champions and pro players, there is a lot of hockey experience and knowledge between them as a group. Almost half of our head coaches at the youth level played for the Little Flyers growing up, so there is an extra sense of pride there for those guys to come back and give our players their best to help develop the next generation not only as hockey players but as growing human beings.”

“The growth of our girls program over the past three seasons has been phenomenal. A lot of credit has to be given to our coaches for the job they have done to not only grow the program in terms of number of players and teams but to be consistently competitive at all levels and creating a winning culture.” Said Charbonneau when speaking about the Girls Coaching Staff “I’m excited about the additions we have made to the program, similar to the youth program; we have added coaches with a high level of experience, players that were NCAA Division I&III captains and contributors at a high level with professional playing experience in the NWHL and CWHL. Whether we are talking about the youth or girls program, the future is bright, the 2021-22 season is going to be a big one for the Orange and Black” Charbonneau concluded
