Program Mission:  

The Philadelphia Little Flyers program will aim to develop the total player both on and off the ice.  Members of our executive board and coaching staff have played at the highest levels in our sport, which includes the NHL, AHL, Major Junior, and Collegiate. 

The structure of our on ice curriculum revolves around training our players in a highly competitive environment that focuses on skill advancement, Hockey IQ and game preparation.  Off the ice we will focus on fitness and recovery, team building, education and developing leaders with strong character.    

Program Structure:  

Training Camp – End of August/Early September
Practice - Four Times a week, September – March
Season Games  - 40+ Game Schedule includes EHL Showcase Series
Off Ice -   Training & Conditioning with RC4 Training (located inside of Home Arena at IceWorks Skating Complex)
Transportation to Away Games and Showcases (over mileage per USAH Junior Handbook)
Hotel Rooms for overnight trips
Meals Provided for overnight trips and bus trips
All League Games  Broadcast Live on Hockey TV

Team Issued Game Jerseys, Socks, Practice Jersey
Hockey Gloves, Helmet & Hockey Pants
Workout shirt & shorts, Hoodie & Sweat Pants
