The Little Flyers MET looked to avenge an OT loss a week ago Sunday vs Jr Flyers. Justin Nugent opened the scoring with a Short Handed goal in the second period. The Jr Flyers tied the game with a power play goal later in the period but the Little Flyers retook the lead with less than a minute to play in the second period on a goal by Alex Tan assisted by Brandon Spognardi and Donald Shookster. The Jr Flyers tied the game in the third early in the third period. The Little Flyers sealed the win with a power play goal scored by John Kowalewski assisted by Justin Nugent and Hamar Rappoport. Brendan Colgan stopped 32 of 34 shots to earn the win. This win raised the Little Flyers record to 10-3-0-2 for 22pts for the season
