Jr A Rout Their Philly Rival the Revolution 9-0

The Jr A team traveled to play their Philly Rival the Revolution tonight and routed their rival 9-0. Drew Gannon opened the scoring at the 24 second mark of the first period with assists from Cameron Berry and Beau Browning. Jesse MacIntrye made it 2-0 with an assist from Cody Slocum and the rout was on. Cameron Berry scored the third goal of the first period with assists from Zach Felser and Drew Gannon.

Colin Woods scored to make it 4-0 early in the second with an assist from Austin Kelly. Drew Gannon scored his second goal of the game with assists from Cole Pierce and Cameron Berry. Hector Majul scored his first of two goals to make it 6-0 an assist from Jesse MacIntrye. Hector scored his second goal of the game with 2 sec left in the second period to make it 7-0 with assists from Jesse MacIntyre and Cody Slocum.

Jesse MacIntrye scored his second goal of the game early in the third  to make it 8-0 with assits from Hector Majul and Jude Warner. Drew Gannon completed his hat trick with an assist from Cameron Berry, final 9-0. Coach Russo said after the game this was a complete team dominance. Greg Procopio stepped in from Alec Derks who was sidelined with the Flu. Greg stopped 25 of 25 shots to earn his first shutout of the year. 

Next up for the Little Flyers is the NJ Rockets on Saturday night at the Prudential Center 5pm.
