MET go 2-1 for the week

On Wednesday the Little Flyers traveled to Howell NJ to take on the Titans. The Titans jumped out to 1-0 until  Tyler Pietrowski tied the game at 1. The Titans went on to score 5 unanswered goal until Ryan Vogt scored with an assist from Tyler Pietrowski. Eric Lauk scored the Little Flyers third goal of the game with an assist from Tyler Pietrowski. The titans went on to win 8-3.

On Friday the Little Flyers traveled to Randolph NJ to take on the Wildcats, the Little Flyers jumped out to 2-0 led with goals from Mickey McShane and Tyler Pietrowski  but the Wildcats tied the score at 2 late in the second period until Nick Peck scored his first to give the Little Flyers 3-2 lead going into the third period with assists from Ian Springfield and Austin Haslett. The Wildcats came out in the third and scored two gaols in the first seven minutes to take a 4-3 lead. Tyler Pietrowski tied the game 4 with under 4 minutes to go in the third. The game went into OT when Tyler Pietrowski scored his second of the game with assits from Eric Lauk and Cullen McNally to give the Little Flyers the 5-4 win . Joe Giacobbo stopped 40 of the 44 shots he faced for his third win of the season.

On Saturday night the Little Flyers hosted the Philly Revolution Cullen McNally gave the Little Flyers a 1-0 lead at the 56 secs mark of the first with an assist from Brian Boylan. The Revolution tied the game at 1 with a powerplay goal at the 2minute mark of the first. The Little Flyers went on to score the next four goals  to take a 5-1 lead going into the third. The goals were scored by Eric Lauk, Brian Boylan and two by Austin Haslett.  The Little Flyers scored two more in the third one from Ian Springfield and Austin Haslett who finished off his HAT TRICK and lead the Little Flyers to a 7-3 win..  Brain Boylan finished the game with a goal and three assists,  Austin Haslett had three goals and an assists, Tyler Pietrowski had three assists, Ian Springfield had a goal and two assists,  Eric Lauk  had a goal and an assist and Ryan Vogt had two assists. Joe Giacobbo stopped 24 of the 27 shots he faced for his fourth victory of the season.
