His work ethic in the gym and commitment to continuously improve is what garnered him so much success”. Gannon said, “Playing for Coach Russo and the Little Flyers has been a great experience for me. I had a great group of guys as teammates, a great billet family and a coaching staff that always pushed me hard to succeed”.  Gannon also added, “I would like to thank Coach Russo, Coach McCarthy, my Billet Family and Mr. and Mrs. Giacobbo. I would also like to thank Coach Belisle at UMass-Boston for giving me the opportunity to continue my playing career while working towards my college degree. Most importantly i would like to thank my parents and my family for all of their support and their commitment to my goals.” Drew will be joining fellow Little Flyer Garrett Gallagher in the incoming freshman class at UMass-Boston.
