Scout and Assistant to CEO/GM Rich Lisk 2011-2013. Hired as Assistant Coach Trenton Titans for 2013-14 season.  Operations suspended prior to start of season.

2011- 2012
Head Coach – Philadelphia Revolution Empire Jr A
Coached team to a 39-7-4 overall record, 31-6-3 league record, 3-1-0 in playoffs losing in Semi’s.  Most points by a Revolution team in their history.

Finished season with leagues #1 PP and #1 PK.

Named Coach Liberty Bell Games by Ottawa Senators Scout Summer 2011 & 2012

2009 – 2011
Head Coach - Indiana Jr Ice U-18 AAA
In charge of all coaching, recruiting, school placement and billeting of players for the Midget team. Records of 36-19-6 and 38-15-7 over the two seasons. Duties also included running practices for USHL team with Head Coach Charlie Skjodt, working special teams and systems.

2008 - 2009
Head Coach - Seguin Bruins Jr. A  OPJHL
Promoted to the Seguin Bruins by the Indiana Ice. The Seguin Bruins were the Ice's affiliate team in the OPJHL. Replaced Head Coach with a 3-15-1 record in last place. In 31 games, finished 14-16-1 and made playoffs. 

2008
Head Coach - Indiana Jr. Ice U-18 AAA
Resurrected a program that had a 7-46-6 record in 2007, as of promotion to Seguin Bruins OPJHL, team record was 17-9-1

2006-2011
Skills Coach/Scout Indiana Ice USHL
I was in charge of running morning skill sessions for Head Coach, Charlie Skjodt. 17 of teams 23 players were pre/post age. Duties included all individual skill work, power skating, team oriented drill work. Became on ice coach for special teams and systems work.

2005 - 2008
Head Coach Indianapolis Racers 93's
Formed a team, made up from players from Indianapolis that won 150+ games in 3 years and was National Runner-Up at U-12 in 2006 and at U-14 in 2008

USA Scout for the Indiana Ice of the USHL
Go to various tournaments and prospect camps to evaluate player’s abilities to one day play in the USHL.  Write reports on player’s progress and present them to Jeff Blashill, Charlie Skjodt, Coaches and Jimmy Palifito, Director of Player Personnel

Doug Rose - Assistant Coach

Coach Rose, an alumni of the Little Flyers program as a youth player, rejoins the organization as the head coach of the 2009 team.  Rose brings over 20 years of hockey experience to the Little Flyers, having played all over the world in various cities across North America and Europe.  Rose played for the Little Flyers from 2005-2011 before leaving the area to play in the NAHL (North American Hockey League) with the Fairbanks Ice Dogs where he won the Robertson Cup and was named to the NAHL All Conference Team.  After his junior hockey career, Rose played two seasons at Neumann University before finishing his junior and senior seasons with the Stevenson University Mustangs.  Rose received NCAA MAC first team All-Conference and UCHC Second Team All-Conference in his senior season.  After graduating college, Rose’s hockey career took him to the SPHL where he was an All-Star for the Knoxville Ice Bears and SPHL All League Second Team member.  In 2019-20, Rose took is professional career overseas playing for Hijs Hoki Den Haag in the Netherlands winning the 2019-20 Ron Bertiling Championship.  Doug began coaching in 2009, in various spring and summer hockey camps and clinics.  In 2017 Doug began coaching with Coaches Choices Hockey Group, working as a defensive coach and recruiter.  Most recently, Doug was the 16U head coach/Youth Hockey Coordinator for the Maine Nordiques.
