Little Flyers Tier 1 AAA Youth Hockey Program Structure

The Philadelphia Little Flyers program will aim to develop the total player both on and off the ice.  Members of our executive board and coaching staff have played at the highest levels in our sport, which includes the NHL, AHL, Major Junior, NCAA and European Pro. 

The structure of our on ice curriculum revolves around training our players in a highly competitive environment that focuses on skill advancement, Hockey IQ and game preparation.  Off the ice we will focus on fitness and recovery, team building, and developing leaders with strong character.
